Моделирование гемодинамики в гигантской церебральной аневризме

Аннотация

Представлены результаты численного моделирования динамики течения крови в гигантской аневризме развилки базилярной артерии. Проведен детальный анализ структуры течения в куполе аневризмы. Показано, что внутри аневризмы формируется незатухающая струя, которая при взаимодействии со стенками аневризмы формирует зону повышенных сдвиговых напряжений. Исследована эволюция вихревого течения на протяжении одного кардиального цикла. Картинка течения существенно изменяется от симметричного вихревого течения до развитой неустойчивости.
