Численное моделирование потока крови в роторном насосе для применения в детской кардиохирургии у пациентов, перенесших операцию по Фонтену

Аннотация
Приведены результаты первого этапа численного моделирования имплантируемого роторного насоса крови, который может быть рекомендован для применения в детской кардиохирургии у пациентов, перенесших операцию по Фонтену. Подготовлены две трехмерные модели насосов, соответствующие центробежному и осевому типам. Для каждой модели были получены расходно-напорные характеристики, оценено влияние геометрии насоса на поток крови в рабочей точке 2,5 л/мин. Для определения зон стагнации получена количественная оценка объема жидкости, где скорость потока лежит в пределах от 0 до 0,1 м/с. На основе распределения линий тока определены области образования вихревого течения. Численное моделирование течения жидкости в насосах выполнялось в программном комплексе вычислительной гидродинамики Fluent ANSYS 19.0.
