Метод проточной цитометрии с визуализацией для оценки естественных киллеров человека

Аннотация

Рассмотрено применение лазерной проточной цитометрии с визуализацией для оценки поверхностных маркеров естественных киллеров (NK-клеток) человека. Клетки выделяли из лимфоцитов периферической крови здоровых доноров. Показаны возможности многоцветной цитометрии с визуализацией для определения уровня экспрессии поверхностных маркеров NK- клеток и их активации в процессе культивирования in vitro.
